We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If Meow doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The request must be submitted via our contact form or by emailing [email protected].
• Please include your license key or the email address used during purchase so we can locate your order.

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will verify your purchase and process the refund within 3 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Your license key will be revoked upon refund.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
• The license key has been shared with or used by unauthorized third parties.
• Evidence of abuse or fraud related to the purchase.

Meow offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality, no credit card required. We encourage you to try the software before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
